Young Entrepreneur award

Yemisi Mokuolu, founder of Hatch Events, has been nominated for Young Entrepreneur of The Year in the Mayor's Business Excellence Awards.

The winner will be announced by Sir Alan Sugar at the awards ceremony on 17th November. We wish her luck.

Linking with BBC



Hatch Events has successfully been appointed to support BBC Radio 3’s Africa on Your Street in creating more opportunities for members the public to experience African music culture.

This will be achieved via their website and through Nation-wide events.

 

"Out of Africa and into the West End"

We are pleased to announce that we will be staging the next Out of Africa festival on 27th, 28th and 29th May 2006.



This year's event was electrifying and inspiring and saw the host venue, Kingly Court and Carnaby Street, transformed into an Afro-wonderland by 200+ performers and 37 events. This event will also be featuring LE MALAISE CREOLE an Afrocentric DJ collective who'll be creating a music extravaganza guaranteed to re-energise your spirit and cure any rhythmic short-circuits.
